(Grand)parents are encouraged to bring their (grand)kids on a child-centered hike of around a mile. These hikes are designed to go at a toddler’s pace and let the toddler be the guide. We might stop and smell the flowers, touch the water, learn about the leaves, or take in the views. This hike is meant for infants through age 4. We will take our time, walking no more than 1-2 miles along terrain that is suitable for small children. Bring any snacks or lunch you may want and come enjoy meeting other families and kids who enjoy being outdoors.
