Sweeping views are the draw for this hike in Hatcher Pass. Since this is all above tree line, if skies are clear we’ll see mountains in every direction. We’ll ascend switchbacks at the beginning of the trail up to a lovely little alpine lake, then follow the rocky path up to Hatch Peak. If time allows, we can explore further. We’ll stick together as a group, stopping to chat and take photos, and descend the way we came.
